The joint fire emergency drill of Xinze Chemical in 2025 was successfully held

In order to comprehensively enhance the company's emergency response capabilities and strengthen employees' awareness of fire safety, on April 21st, our company jointly conducted the 2025 fire emergency drill with the Wangwenzhuang Fire Brigade in Xiqing District. This drill was held in the company's production plant area, with the participation of company leaders, representatives of various department employees, and firefighters from the fire brigade.

--On site Exercise: Practical Testing of Emergency Capability

At 9:30 am, the exercise begins. The overall commander of the exercise issued an emergency evacuation notice, and employees gathered for emergency evacuation. Employees from each workshop must arrive at the designated safe area and gather within 3 minutes.

After the personnel participating in the emergency evacuation exercise gather, the team will count the number of people, and the overall commander of the exercise will explain the purpose and content of the exercise.

3. The deputy commander-in-chief explains the usage of portable dry powder fire extinguishers and fire hoses, and conducts on-site operation demonstrations.

4. Enterprise personnel carry out practical operations on the use of fire extinguishers;

(1) Before use, invert the bottle several times to release the dry powder inside the cylinder;

(2) Remove the lead seal and safety pin;

(3) Hold the nozzle with your left hand and the handle with your right hand. At a distance of two meters from the flame, press the handle firmly with your right hand, swing the nozzle with your left hand, and spray dry powder to cover the burning area until the flame is completely extinguished.

5. Professional firefighters carry out the actual operation of fire hoses, with the following specific steps:

(1) Water pipe connection. When the fire hose is connected to the hose interface, a layer of soft protective material must be placed on it and then fixed with galvanized iron wire;

(2) The use of water pipes. When using a fire hose, the high-pressure hose should be connected to a location near the water pump. After filling, the hose should be prevented from twisting or suddenly bending, and the hose interface should be protected from collision and damage.

(3) Lay water pipes. When laying water pipes, avoid sharp objects and various oils. When laying water hoses vertically upwards, water hose hooks should be used. When laying water hoses on traffic arteries, water hose bridges should be padded. When passing through the railway, water pipes should pass under the track to avoid being crushed by the wheels and water supply interruption.

2. Strengthen the application of new technologies: enable new intelligent fire-fighting equipment to improve disposal efficiency

4. Strengthen full participation: frontline employees account for 80% and have a wide coverage

--Summary and Enhancement: Building a Strong Safety Defense Line

After the drill, the company's general manager Chen Xuejun pointed out at the on-site summary meeting: "This drill was organized in an orderly manner, handled properly, and achieved the expected results. However, at the same time, some employees' emergency response speed was not fast enough, exposing other problems. All departments should learn from the lessons and continue to improve
